I like to laugh and have fun with clients – wherever appropriate. * I take a client centered approach and work with you to set goals that YOU want to achieve. * Working together - We’ll work to find tangible solutions to current problems to better manage your symptoms. * Once symptoms are better managed, we can dive a bit deeper to uncover root causes that got you here! * I’ll ask questions, share psychoeducation, offer tips, tools & techniques, balanced with an open space for you to talk and be heard!”


What does a session with me look like?

All clients are different and so are their sessions!

  • For the most part, I like to start out sessions by checking in with clients - How was your week? How are you feeling? We might review last weeks discussion or homework.
  • Throughout sessions I will ask you questions, give input, provide examples and life experiences, work through activities with you, provide psychoeducation and most importantly, be your biggest advocate.
  • To help you out along the way, some sessions will be followed up with an email that provides additional support, resources & recaps new learnings from session.
